Popular as “Aai” to many young minds, she is a homemaker turned entrepreneur in her golden years. She has already successfully established one business and has now founded Kaaram Food & Agro.
As farmer’s daughter and daughter-in-law, she has always wanted to do something for her brethren. With Kaaram, she aims to work directly with farmer communities, empowering them in a way they truly deserve as our “अन्नदाता / annadatas"
In her role as a Chief Recipe Creator, Aai also is the inspiration and ideator behind the preservation of heirloom recipes. Her vision for Kaaram is to be “knowledge bank” of the traditional Indian recipes born in the kitchens of our mothers and grandmothers.

To all around her, she is “Amma”!!! A masterchef in the kitchen, she can whip-up amazing food.
A storehouse of amazing heirloom recipes from Andhra Pradesh, Amma continues to pass-on her amazing knowledge to us to ensure we bring you these heirloom recipes. Ask her for any South Indian food, and she will present to you lip-smacking dishes whose taste lingers for long.
A working mother, she ensured that her children have successful lives. A hard worker to the core, she does not rest even at her age. At Kaaram, as the Chief Recipe Creator she is working to create amazing products to bring the love of the Indian Kitchens of our mothers and grandmothers to your kitchens.

Our Hyderabadi Anna is a khaalis (pure) Hyderabadi who is amazing both with the keyboard and Kadchi.
A Cyber Security Expert who is passionate about Technology and Food. Ask Anna to make you one his specials and he will happily run to the kitchen to cook up a storm. And then come to him with your query on cyber security, and he will be equally at ease.
At Kaaram, we consider him the Man-Friday! The person we go to for solutions to any of our problems be it recipes or machines. He always has answers for us. Kaaram’s Man-Friday also leads our strategy team, coming up with ways to ensure our customers get the best products.

To the ones who love her, she is known as “Cherry.” Even at this young age, she is packed with fresh ideas.
She is truly our C3, always beaming with ideas. Give her a concept, and she will come with amazing ideas to do things innovatively. A “teacher’s pet” as we all call her, don’t go by her innocent looks. She is our in-house entertainer but also the one who keeps us motivated. In this generation of selfies and social media addiction, she is off these platforms but still in-tune with how her generation thinks. If future is like her, then Kaaram would like to make positive contributions towards it. A positive future for the planet!

Popularly known as “Baba” to the children around him! He’s our “Chief Cheerleader” and “Biggest Motivator.”
A journey which started from a remote village of Maharashtra has led him to being a successful senior government officer and then a serial entrepreneur and social worker. He has worked tirelessly for his communities. A farmer’s son and son-in-law, he was worked for farmers for long. Now, through Kaaram, he wants to work towards helping farmers in various parts of India.
His life is an inspiration! A born leader, who always leads by example. He continues to help us shape our vision and stay motivated as we embark on this arduous journey. Kaaram’s work is dedicated to his vision and his leadership.

After leading a whirlwind of a life in three continents, she is back to her roots! To her native village, working to develop Kaaram’s Farm.
An engineer turned social scientist turned aspiring farmer, she’s a constant learner. She is passionate about the work of Kaaram and wants to work to further the organisation’s vision. She believes that Kaaram can be the knowledge bank of heirloom recipes while also working to support local communities that we work in.

He comes from a family of multi-generational farmers. His dad was with our farm and now he is also an integral part of Kaaram’s Farm.
He is the backbone of our farm, who keeps it running like a well-oiled machine. A leader who works with the Farm team to deliver the best produce for Kaaram. His knowledge about farming is immense and added to that is his thirst to learn more. Along with Baba; Aspiring Farmer, he is working to grow new crops in the region. And bring back old crops that have been lost over the years. Together, they want to motivate other farmers in the region to look beyond the obvious crops and explore new markets.
